Key Highlights of Our SWITCH 2025 Experience
Thanks to Singapore University of Technology and Design, we had a booth in SWITCH 2025 under SUTD’s LEAP program where we not only showcased our solutions but gave a TED-style talk at the Converge Stage at Marina Bay Sands! Our CTO, Dr. Carmen Cheh, gave a talk about the threat modeling paradigm and provided insights and compelling reasons to shift from the traditional checklist-based risk assessment to a more dynamic, adaptable approach of attack modeling. Taking inspiration from tower defense games, her speech struck a note with the industry leaders in the audience and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees continuing the conversation with us at our booth afterward.
Our presence at SWITCH also opened the door to a variety of new opportunities. We engaged in meaningful dialogues with potential partners and motivated customers around the world, generating dozens of high-value business leads that we are eager to follow up on. It is clear that the industry is hungry for cybersecurity solutions that feature forward-thinking approaches like those embodied in ThreatMirror.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the week was seeing our team in perfect rhythm. Our OverArX team took turns managing the booth, ensuring that each member had the opportunity to shine – whether it was giving live demos, engaging with visitors, or sharing stories about our mission and products. We also met up with old colleagues and refreshed our connections with them.
We extend a heartfelt thank you to the organizers of SWITCH, fellow exhibitors, SUTD VIE office staff who helped us with logistics, crowd control, and providing both emotional and mental support, and of course, everyone who stopped by to connect with us. We are looking forward to the continued conversations and collaborations that will no doubt follow.
